Canadian Red Cross Certificate Access

Medi-Pro First Aid provides you with an electronic PDF copy of your Canadian Red Cross Certificate shortly after you successfully complete your Canadian Red Cross certification training course and requirements.

You will receive an email from Medi-Pro, with your Certificate attached as a PDF, at the email address you provide during registration for your Canadian Red Cross First Aid Programs course.

If a different Canadian Red Cross training agency provided your Canadian Red Cross course, you may need to access your certificate on your own, through your Canadian Red Cross MyRC Profile. In this case, your first step will be to create and access your personal Canadian Red Cross MyRC Profile.

Go to the My Certifications section of your MyRC Profile

Login to your Canadian Red Cross MyRC Profile at myrc.redcross.ca
Click "MY PROFILE"
Then click "My Certifications" from the corresponding dropdown menu

Identify the Certificate you wish to access
Click Your Name in the left column
or
Click the blue ∨ symbol/button then click "View Details"
