Medi-Pro First Aid Course Payment Options
As you register for your course, you have the option of immediately making payment online. This is generally the simplest approach, and instantly secures your spot in the class. Until payment is completed, your spot is not guaranteed and may be allocated to another customer as the course fills.
If you prefer to make payment arrangements after submitting your registration, you can select "pay later". Medi-Pro First Aid does accept several other methods of payment including cash, cheque, credit card over the phone or through your confirmation email, e-transfer, and direct online invoicing. Regardless of method, it is important to note that Certificates are not processed or issued until final payment arrangements have been completed.
Pay through your Confirmation Email
- Open the automated confirmation email which you will receive within moments of submitting your online registration.
- Then scroll down and click the blue button.
- Complete payment through our online payment portal.
Pay by Credit Card over the phone
- If you are having difficulty with the online payment portal, you can call us with your credit card information.

- For your security please do not send credit card information through email or our contact form. If you wish to utilize an email transaction please follow the e-transfer process.
- If you are using a corporate credit card please ensure you have the postal code of the account holder, not just that of the individual card holder.
Pay by e-Transfer
- Follow your own financial institution's procedures to send an e-transfer to training@mediprofirstaid.com
- This email address has auto-deposit enabled for e-transfers so you should not need to assign a password or password hint to the transaction.
Pay by Cash or Cheque
- Cash or cheque can be mailed/delivered to 395 Dell Road, Kelowna, BC, V1X 3P7.
- Note that the delivery address for payments is different from the classroom location.
- You may wish to bring payment with you to class and present it to your instructor, however you spot in the course is not secured until after payment has been completed.
- You must arrange a specific time with us, if you are planning to deliver your payment in person.
Pay by Invoice
In order for us to issue an invoice for payment, we will require the following information, as well as written confirmation from the Invoicee of intent to pay the corresponding invoice.
- First and last name of Invoicee
- Title of Invoicee (if applicable)
- Mailing address of Invoicee
- Email address of Invoicee
- Phone number of Invoicee
- Company/department name of Invoicee (if applicable)
