Emergency Medical Responder courses include eligibility for BC EMALB Licensing evaluations, as well as 3-year EMR Certification.
- EMR level courses include Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- EMR is a 130 hour course.
- EMR Bridge is an 80 hour course, and entry requires current First Responder or Occupational First Aid level 3 (OFA 3) certification.
- EMR Recertification is an 80 hour course, and entry requires current EMR certification.
First Responder Certification & Licensing
First Responder courses include BC EMALB Licensing eligibility, as well as 3-year FR Certification.
- First Responder courses include Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- First Responder is a 5 day course, plus another day for Certification & Licensing exams.
- First Responder Recertification is a 20 hour course.
