Emergency Health Services Regulation as it pertains to Professional Medical Responders in BC.
As a Professional Medical Responder licensed through EMALB in the Province of British Columbia, you are subject to all the local rules and legislation, including the Emergency Health Services Regulation.
The Emergency Health Services Regulation primarily pertains to the fees for services charged by the BC Ambulance Service and BC EHS. Schedule 2 of the Emergency Health Services Regulation pertains to the Licensing Fees that EMALB Licensed Emergency Medical Responders are expected to pay.
