Emergency Medical Health Assistants Regulation as it pertains to Professional Medical Responders in BC.
As a Professional Medical Responder licensed through EMALB in the Province of British Columbia, you are subject to all the local rules and legislation, including the Emergency Medical Assistants Regulation. In addition to applying these rules and regulations during the course of working as a licensed professional responder, you also need to be familiar with them to pass the EMALB Jurisprudence written exam.
Part 3 of the Emergency Medical Assistants Regulation pertains to the registration requirements for EMALB Licensed Emergency Medical Responders and First Responders in BC. Schedule 3 of the Emergency Medical Assistants Regulation pertains to the Code of Ethics that EMALB Licensed Emergency Medical Responders and First Responders in BC are expected to uphold.
