Professional Responder Competency Log
One of your duties as a Canadian Red Cross EMR Instructor or First Responder Instructor is to record and document your students' skill progression throughout their First Responder or EMR Course. The Canadian Red Cross Professional Responder Competency Log allows your student's to keep track of their own progression, as they increase their levels of First Responder and EMR competencies.
As the First Responder or EMR course goes on, your students can make note of any skills and concepts that are still creating challenges for them, and approach you as their Instructor. This helps ensure that all your First Responder and EMR students are fully prepared for their final Written and Practical Evaluations by the end of their course.
