BC EMALB Patient Care Reports

Patient Care Report

BC EMALB Emergency Medical Responder and First Responder Patient Care Report forms.

As an Emergency Medical Responder or First Responder course participant, and BC EMALB Licensing candidate, part of your EMR practice and evaluations will include the performance of practical scenarios. Part of the successful completion of these scenarios includes accurately assessing and documenting all the relevant patient information onto a Patient Care Report.

Many versions of Patient Care Reports exist within the Emergency Medical Responder and Paramedic industry, including paper and electronic ePCRs, however the EMALB Licensing Evaluations utilize one specific paper version for Emergency Medical Responder candidates and another paper version for First Responders. Since these are the versions you'll be using in your EMALB EMR Licensing Evaluations, you will practice with them throughout your EMR or First Responder course.
