Instructor Facilitation Charter for Instructor course candidates in Kelowna, BC preparing for their Teaching Experience.

As a new Instructor candidate preparing for your Teaching Experience, as the final step in obtaining Instructor Certification, you will need to communicate with your assigned supervising Instructor-Trainer (I-T) or Teaching Experience Supervisor (TES) and complete a mutual Facilitation Charter.

Once you've downloaded the Facilitation Charter, you can print a hard copy or complete it electronically as a fillable PDF.

Using the Facilitation Charter as a guided starting point, you and your sueprvising IT/TES will discuss, collaborate, record and agree on the following aspects your upcoming Teaching Experience...

4. Interjecting
5. Supporting
6. Timing

How to Download the Facilitation Charter

Download Instructions

1. Login to your MyRC Profile
   (click here for instructions to activate your MyRC Profile, if you haven't already done so)
2. Select "Tools"
3. Select "First Aid Programs"
4. Allow the First Aid Programs page to load in your browser
5. Scroll down to the "Additional Resources" section of the First Aid Programs page
6. Click the "Facilitation Charter" document linked in the Additional Resources section
7. Follow the download process dictated by your browser/device
