Set up your new Canadian Red Cross MyRC Profile, to access your online courses, certificates, PDF textbooks and more. Your MyRC Profile is the web-based platform through which you can access online Canadian Red Cross resources, including the online modules for your Blended First Aid courses, and your official certificates of completion.

After registering for your Canadian Red Cross blended learning or online course, you will receive an automated invitation email from my.account@redcross.ca. Once you have received your invitation email, you can set up your MyRC profile.

Take care to follow all the instructions carefully and in sequence to ensure your Profile is successfully activated the first time, giving you full access to all the associated resources.

Instructions to create and access your Canadian Red Cross MyRC Profile

1. Check your email.

  • You should receive an email sent from the Canadian Red Cross shortly after registering for your Blended or Online course with Medi-Pro.
  • Ensure your email inbox will accept messages from any email with "@redcross.ca"
  • Check your spam folder if you don't see the email invitation.

2. Click the link your email.

  • Open the activation link embedded in that email.
  • The Canadian Red Cross MyRC platform is mobile friendly so you can complete this process from your mobile device, however you may find a desktop computer or laptop provides a better layout for getting started.
  • Ensure you have time to complete the entire process before starting.
  • Follow all the steps outlined within the profile activation screens.
  • The link in your email is the only way to create and access your Profile for the first time.

3. Access your new profile.

  • Once you have created your profile and assigned a specific email address and password to your account, you can sign in whenever you want.
  • Go to www.myrc.redcross.ca
  • Click the "Sign in" button.
  • Enter your username (email address) and password in the appropriate fields.
  • Once successfully logged in, you should see your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
