Psychological health and stress awareness practices are just as important to your long term wellbeing as healthy eating habits and regular physical exercise. Adopting and practicing regular Mental Health and Stress Management strategies to keep your mind healthy is just as important as care for the body. Individuals suffering from high stress levels, burnout and suicidal thoughts are at an all-time high in areas such as workplaces, schools, indigenous and First Nations communities, and among front line responders such as Fire Fighters, Nurses, Doctors and Paramedics.
