Prepare for and be successful in your Wilderness Medical Associates Wilderness First Responder (WFR) course.
Wilderness First Responder courses are conducted in an outdoor setting, which creates the need for careful and deliberate preparation. The first step is to click the link below, and create an account on the Wilderness Medical Associates elearning platform.
You will need to provide the personal information requested, as well as the Course Code for the specific course you are taking. Your Course Code is provided during registration for your Wilderness First Responder course, and included near the top of the confirmation email you received after completing the registration process.
You will also need to provide the name of the Course Sponsor for your upcoming course, which will be "Medi-Pro Response Solutions". Make sure you keep track of the username and password you assign to your account. If you already have an account from a previous WMA course, you can sign in with your existing username and password.

Remaining safe, dry, nourished, hydrated and comfortable thoughout the duration of your Wilderness First Responder course, regardless of the environment and weather, requires that you arrive fully informed and prepared for variable and unpredictable circumstances.
You must access, read and complete the WMA | WFR Pre-Course Work modules for Wilderness First Responder courses to ensure that you will arrive with all the appropriate supplies and relevant information to be successful.
Recommended clothing, personal items, nutritional supplies, forms, documents, participation requirements, and many other pieces of important information are included throughout the WMA Pre-course Assignments. The elearning platform also provides you with instant access to a digital version of the Wilderness Medical Associates text book "Wilderness and Rescue Medicine".
