How to Download
As an existing Canadian Red Cross First Aid Programs Instructor, the Instructor Recertification Workbook should already be accessible to you through the "My Digital Books" section of your active MyRC Profile. If you are unable to access your MyRC Profile, or the Instructor Recertification Workbook is not available in the My Digital Books section, you may need to request assistance from your local Program Representative/Account Manager, or contact the Canadian Red Cross Call Center (myrcsupport@redcross.ca).
Click here for instructions on how to create your MyRC profile if you haven't done so already, then follow the steps below to access and download the Canadian Red Cross TES Guidebook.
- Create and/or login to your Canadian Red Cross MyRC Profile.
- Click the "My Profile" tab
- Click "My Digital Books" from the corresponding dropdown menu
- Click "First Aid Instructor Recertification" from the list of links in the Digital Books section of that page
- View and/or download the PDF file that opens from your web browser
